FRST Charity Trust: Digital Transparency in Grassroots Welfare

FRST Charity Trust is a full-stack platform built to digitize grassroots social aid, ensuring donations are accounted for and welfare requests are processed securely. The project regulates registration through a mandatory ₹50 entry contribution and offers secure, role-based workflows for users and trustees.

System Design & Workflows

  • **Contribution Validation:** Users submit screenshots of their ₹50 transaction at signup. The Admin Panel verifies the receipt image, checks the transaction ID, and activates the user account.
  • **Beneficiary Requests Engine:** Built forms for Welfare schemes (Death Sahayog and Beti Vivah). Users upload scanned PDF/image documents which undergo verification pipelines.
  • **End-to-End Fund Transparency:** Formulated live ledger statistics, showing total funds collected, distributed, and pending.
