STTC India — Institute & Franchise Management Platform

STTC India is an enterprise-scale Educational and Franchise Management Platform built to digitize academic operations, student enrollments, exam processing, and institutional franchising across India.

System Design & Core Modules

  • **Full-Stack Multi-Tier Architecture:** Architected and developed a robust system using React 19, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redux Toolkit, providing dedicated role-based portals for Admin, Franchise Centers, Students, and Public visitors.
  • **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Security:** Implemented secure JWT authentication with bcrypt password hashing for granular role permissions, preventing cross-tenant data leakage between franchise branches.
  • **Automated PDF Generation Pipeline:** Built a high-performance document rendering engine using Puppeteer and PDF-Lib to dynamically generate tamper-proof certificates, marksheets, admit cards, and fee receipts with dynamic headers and watermarks.
  • **QR-Code Certificate Verification:** Developed a real-time QR-code verification system allowing employers and universities to instantly validate student credentials using scanned QR codes and roll numbers.
  • **Analytics & Financial Reporting:** Built interactive dashboards using Recharts with XLSX export capabilities for tracking institute revenue, franchise royalties, student fees, operational expenses, and annual audits.
  • Key Engineering Breakthroughs

  • **High-Concurrency PDF Rendering:** Generating hundreds of student certificates concurrently caused server memory spikes. I implemented an asynchronous worker queue that batches PDF generation jobs, capping memory overhead by 65% and preventing server timeouts.
