**Customer App (Flutter):** Dynamic category browsing, lightning-fast product search, responsive cart state management, Google Maps GPS address pinning, and live order tracking. **Delivery Partner App (Flutter):** Real-time order dispatch notifications, turn-by-turn navigation via Google Maps API, and automated order status lifecycle management (Accepted ➔ Picked Up ➔ Delivered). **Admin Mobile App (Flutter):** Comprehensive store management on the go — managing live orders, inventory/products catalog, categories, promotional banners, delivery charges, and delivery personnel assignment. **Admin Web Portal (React 19 + Vite):** Centralized operations dashboard for high-throughput order monitoring, store analytics, and dispatch workflows. **Real-Time Cloud Infrastructure:** Architected reactive state synchronization using Cloud Firestore and Provider state management, ensuring sub-second updates across all mobile and web clients. **Authentication & Play Store Release:** Integrated Firebase Phone OTP authentication and successfully published the customer application to the Google Play Store. **Real-Time Location & Status Sync:** Synchronizing delivery partner GPS coordinates with sub-second latency was solved by optimizing Firestore snapshot listeners with throttle buffers, minimizing battery consumption and read costs. **Multi-Tenant State Management:** Engineered a unified Provider architecture ensuring consistent state transitions across Customer, Partner, and Admin apps.
